**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This is a petition for quashing the order dated 22.10.2014 whereby application moved by the prosecution under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling of PW-5 was dismissed by the Court below. Petitioner was asked to place on record copy of the statement of PW-5 but the same has not been filed. On the last date also the case was adjourned for today but there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
