(Oral) The petitioner worked as Extension Lecturer (Physics) for the session 2014-15 and 2015-16 in Government College Narnaul and was removed due to non availability of workload. Petitioner is now seeking that she may be reengaged keeping in view the workload and vacancy in the College The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure P-11) stating therein that she be allowed to join as workload is still available in the College, as per workload (P-9). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents No. 3 to look into representation dated 22.01.2019 (Annexure P-11) and adjust the petitioner in view of the workload (P9), keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 16954-2015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another (P-7) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
