ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.201 dated 27.09.2017 registered under Sections 379/427/447/34 IPC at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 18.10.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurbaj Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 18.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
