This is the second petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14 dated 21.03.2020 registered under Section 21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short "NDPS Act") at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala.

Upon instructions from ASI Baljit Singh, State counsel submits that the petitioner is involved in another case registered against him under the provisions of NDPS Act which he has not disclosed and has given wrong declaration in para 12 of the petition.
