******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as caveatorsrespondents submit that the matter has since been amicably settled as per affidavit of Jagdeep Mahajan, attorney of petitioner. Under the settlement, the petitioner will vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to respondents on or before 31.08.2019. It has also been agreed that the amount of rent/mesne profits deposited with the Rent Controller will be paid to the respondents-landlords and the petitioner will not pay any rent other than the amount, she had already deposited till she vacates the demised premises on or before 31.08.2019. In view of the undertaking in the shape of affidavit of petitioner through her attorney, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks SACHIN MEHTA 2019.05.07 17:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
