Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.167 dated 25.6.2025 under Sections 318(4), 61(2) and 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, NIT, Faridabad. 2.

Learned State counsel has filed reply/status report by way of affidavit of Aman Yadav, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crime, Faridabad, in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Faced with the situation that the testimonies of the victims are yet to be recorded as prosecution witnesses, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn, for the nonce.
