(Oral) It has been submitted by learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Sohan Lal, Police Station Balachaur that the prosecution evidence has been concluded and that even the defence evidence too has been closed and the matter is listed for final arguments. Faced with this situation, Mr. Ghuman has made statement withdrawing the present petition with permission to rake up all the pleas available before the trial court. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, it is made clear that this order shall not in any manner prejudice the trial court as to the final outcome of the case.
