Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to get the representation dated 22.6.2020 (Annexure P-1) examined and in case the allegations levelled therein are found to be well-founded then necessary steps warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-1) be sent to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
