**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Admittedly, after the demise of earlier Sarpanch on 04.11.2022, fresh election was held after issuing schedule for the election of Sarpanch. New Sarpanch has been elected on 09.07.2023.

In view of above, this writ petition has become infructuous.
