**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.90 dated 29.05.2018 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar. Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant appeared and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that as per the FIR, the present petitioner is the main accused, who was Managing Director of Secure VINEET GULATI 2019.01.25 16:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Future Multi Trade Private Ltd. CRM No.M-40500 of 2018 -2in January 2016. As per learned State counsel, large number of persons have been made members and amount, which has been misappropriated of poor persons, is about `2.50-3.00 crores. The company, of which the petitioner was Managing Director, has made more than 3000 members and collected `1000/- per month from each member through 150 agents. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and nature and gravity of the offence and also in view of the fact that there is every chance of tampering with the evidence, I do not find fit a case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
