RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Deepak alias Kanahiya in case FIR No.0954 dated 23.08.2016 registered under Section 408 IPC at Police Station Sadar Gurgaon, District Gurgaon. On instructions from ASI Rishi Pal, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 25.10.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
