Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-complainant.

The present petition is filed by petitioner-complainant praying for cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent. 3.

The argument of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent failed to appear before the trial Court. It is his further submission that the dowry articles were not returned by the 2nd respondent to the daughter of the complainant.

I am of the considered view that the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd respondent can be cancelled for the aforesaid reasons. Firstly, there is no such direction in the order passed granting anticipatory bail that the 2nd respondent shall return the dowry articles.
