This matter is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to outbreak of the pandemic, COVID-19. The petitioner, admittedly, has an efficacious alternate remedy in terms of Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961, for challenging impugned order dated 04.06.2021 passed by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh.

In this view of the matter, I do not find any ground to interfere at this stage.

Needless to say, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy of filing appeal in terms of Section 37 of the Advocates Act, 1961. Disposed of accordingly.
