(Oral) Prayer in the instant civil writ petition filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents No.3 and 4 to take action against respondents No.5 (Sukhchain Singh, Ex Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Village Kharal Kalan, District Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar). 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ms. Jasjeet Kaur, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhogpur, submits that an enquiry into the complaint against respondent No.5 has already been marked to respondent No.4 (Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhogpur) and that the same would be taken to its logical end in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. 2.1 He further submits that in all probability the said enquiry would HIMANI GUPTA 2025.05.16 14:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
