(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents especially respondent no.2 to fix seniority of the petitioners as per their inter se merit positions determined by Haryana Staff Selection Commission, by giving deemed date of appointment for consideration for the post of TGT Physical Education (DPE) from the date their juniors were appointed, along with monetary benefits by granting them annual increments or in alternate pay at par with their juniors who have joined in the year 2020. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 27.01.2025, Annexure P-3, in a specified period. 3.
Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 27.01.2025, will be decided by respondent no.2-Director, Elementary Education, by passing PAYAL 2025.04.09 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
