Present appeal has been filed seeking setting aside of order dated 02.09.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to raise the issue before the trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
