SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.149 dated 15.09.2012, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 474, 382, 379, 356, 411, 279, 427 and 186 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana. Heard.

Petitioner was ordered to be released on bail but he absented during trial on 02.09.2014. Since the petitioner had absented during trial, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.

Dismissed.
