Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that applications Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-6 will be pressed before the trial Court at appropriate stage. The concern of the petitioner at this stage is only with regard to the application under Section 91 Cr.P.C. moved on 16.04.2016, which has not been decided by the trial Court despite filing of reply to this application on 30.09.2016. He seeks necessary direction to the trial Court to decide that application at the earliest.
