(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.1195 dated 14.12.2019, under Section 346 IPC (later on during investigation, Sections 328, 344, 365, 376(2)(n), 506 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 added and Section 346 IPC deleted), registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in the present case has been concluded and the petitioner stands acquitted vide order dated 03.10.2023 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Panipat. He submits that in view of the aforesaid development, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
