Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 325 dated 22.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 324, 326, 451 & 34 IPC at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala.

Allegations against the petitioner are that he had given dattar blow on the vital part of the injured and he is required for the purpose of investigation and recovery of weapon as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that it is a case of delayed FIR.

However, taking into consideration the facts that petitioner is required for effective investigation, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to him. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
