RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.156 dated 27.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) Pursuant to the order dated 11.11.2016 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 01.12.2016 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hoshiarpur, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.531 dated 16.12.2016 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur vide letter No.22857 dated 17.12.2016.
According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that the compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary, genuine, lawful and without any kind of pressure, undue influence from any side.
