(ORAL) Instant petition has been preferred under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by Jaswant Singh @ Azad seeking transfer the investigation of FIR No.184, dated 17.11.2013, under Sections 120-B/121/121/A of IPC, under Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 and under Sections 10/13/17/18/20/40 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar City, Punjab to any independent agency like CBI or NIA.
