(ORAL) [1] The jurisdiction of this Court under Sections 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been invoked for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of a Warrant Officer for the release of the detenue namely Sandeep, Nephew of the petitioner, who is stated to be in illegal confinement of respondent Nos.4 & 5. [2] Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the instant petition in the light of the report of Warrant Officer wherein, the alleged detenue was not found at the address given after the search was conducted by the appointing Warrant Officer.

[3] His prayer is accepted.
