-2CRM-M-20076 of 2020 receive any money as alleged. The transaction, if any, is between two persons in U.K., to which petitioner is oblivion and has nothing to do with the same. Petitioner has falsely been implicated. Learned State counsel, assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, opposed the bail application, submitting that there is Whatsapp acknowledgment of the petitioner qua receipt of defrauded amount of 10,400 Pounds in U.K. through his known person. Thus, petitioner cannot say that he did not commit any cheating. Having given thoughtful consideration to the rival submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner inasmuch as petitioner is very much required for custodial interrogation. Dismissed.
