-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.86 dated 23.4.2022 registered under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 23.5.2022 passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-22378-2022 State counsel on instructions ASI Hakam Singh has submitted the recovery has already been made in the present case and the petitioner has joined investigation with the police and is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. However, the present petition is opposed on the ground that the petitioner is facing 14 other criminal cases of similar nature.
On query being put to the State counsel, he has not disputed the fact that in all the other criminal cases, which are registered against the petitioner, he has been granted bail.
In view of the above, as in the case in hand, recovery has already been effected and the petitioner is no more required by the police for further investigation, without adverting to the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 23.5.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioner is not to indulge in such like illegal activities in future, failing which the prosecution is at liberty to approach this Court for cancellation of the bail.
