(Oral) At the very onset, Mr. Ahluwalia, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition, however, reserving the rights of the petitioner to rake up all the issues, if so necessitated at any stage of the proceedings. It is further prayed that the petitioner shall reserve the right to object to the alleged translation which is under challenge in this petition before the trial court. Keeping in view that the matter as per the contentions of the counsel for the petitioner is being unduly prolonged, the trial court is directed to ensure expeditious disposal by giving short adjournments preferably within a period of one year after framing of the charges.
