ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.183 dated 20.07.2015 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana and the order dated 11.04.2017 passed by the trial Court vide which the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Since the order dated 11.04.2017 passed by the trial Court is a revisable order before the Court of Sessions, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision before the Court of Sessions. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the revision is filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be decided by the Revisional Court, in accordance with law.
