NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Baljit, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.244, dated 17.09.2014, registered at Police Station, City Narwana, District Jind.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Duli Chand of Police Station, City Narwana, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for MEENU 2015.01.29 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
CRM-M-39684-2014 (O&M) -2custodial interrogation in the present case. He further contends that the prosecutrix had suffered statement in terms of Section 164, Cr.P.C., wherein she stated that date of her birth was 06.12.1995 and she had solemnized the marriage with the petitioner with her free will and consent.
In view of the above, the interim directions issued vide order, dated 03.12.2014 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
