**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 731 dated 2.9.2015, registered under Sections 498-A, 420, 406 IPC read with Sections 2 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Civil Lines, District Gurgaon. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 26.11.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
