M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to the interim order dated 20.11.2014, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial Court and released on interim bail.

In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 20.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds/surety bonds already furnished pursuant to the interim order and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. He will also not, in any manner, browbeat the witnesses.
