Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Raja Singh of Police Station, Bagha Purana, District Moga, submits that after thorough investigation, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bagha Purana, District Moga, has sent complete file to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, for approval of the cancellation report and thereafter the cancellation report shall be presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate at the earliest. In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage by this Court.
