By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action under Section 182 CrPC against the private respondents on account of they having filed multiple false and frivolous complaints against the petitioner. 2.

While making submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon annexure P-9 at Page-82 i.e. a report prepared by the SHO, Police Station, Civil Lines, Gurugram wherein following observations have been made:- "So, from the investigation of me the ASI it is found out that Lt. Col. J.S. Sandhu and Karan Jain s/o Sanjeev Kumar Jain both are neighbours since long in Vijay Rattan Vihar society, who having dispute with each other action not legible was taken on dated 07.03.2011. Since then on the complaint case No.205/11 in the Court of Sh. Sukhpreet singh and case No.16/12 in the Court of Sh. Vikram Aggarwal Gurgaon are pending. From the TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.05.30 09:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2023:PHHC:077192 CRM-M-23756-2023 -2investigation of me the ASI at the spot from the statements of both the parties no quarrel at the spot occurred but due to grudge against each other both the parties are leveling false allegations against each other and had given this complaint." 3.

In view of the aforementioned inquiry report dated 26.04.2013, respondent No.2 is directed to take action and proceed against both the parties as per law especially under Section 182 CrPC if at all required. It is made clear that the aforesaid direction be not treated as an expression of opinion on merits of the prayer made by the petitioner.

Disposed of in the above terms.
