(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case registered vide FIR No.83 dated 06.06.2021 under Sections 420 and 468 of the IPC and Section 24 of the Immigration Act, registered at Police Station Shimlapuri, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 30.06.2021 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 30.06.2021 is made absolute.
