This is petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing necessary directions to respondent No.1 to register a criminal case against respondents No.2 to 9 on the basis of complaint dated 31.05.2016(Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to direct Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the complaint dated 31.05.2016 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation made by petitioner Annexure P-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months of the receipt of certified copy of the order in his office, which will be furnished by the petitioner.
