As per the reply in para 1 of the preliminary submissions, it is averred that on 16.03.2017 both the parties produced a compromise deed dated 16.03.2017 along with affidavit of petitioner - Jaswinder Kaur and a copy of the compromise and affidavit are Annexures R1 and R2 respectively.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner to say something in the matter.
