In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3, to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner and to register FIR under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120-B IPC and other relevant provision of law against respondents No. 4 to 7.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to decide the complaint dated 29.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner. 3.
In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, is directed to look into the matter and decide the complaint Annexure P-1, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to her, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
