(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.213 dated 27.04.2018 registered under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC at Police Station S.G.M. Nagar, Faridabad. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that parties have compromised the matter and complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has produced affidavit of the complainant in this regard, which is taken on record.

In view of above, order dated 17.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
