**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks appropriate directions to the respondent authorities. After arguing the case for some time and having been confronted with the order dated 26.6.2015 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies, in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.
