NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Gurcharan Singh of Police Station, Bareta, District Mansa, submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2014, the petitioner did join the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. In view of above, this petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2014, are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
