(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for entrustment of investigation into FIR No.121 dated 17.07.2015 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427, 323, 342, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Bhagro Comp., District Jalandhar to CBI. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Udham Singh, submits that in view of quashing of FIR in question vide order dated 27.02.2018 passed in CRM-M-46253 of 2017, this petition has rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as having rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well.
