Mr. Gaurav Singla, Advocate for the complainant. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.527 dated 01.08.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Sector 55, Faridabad, District Faridabad. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 25.10.2017, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is further stated that the petitioner has handed over a fresh demand draft of Rs.9,33,338 favouring M/s Ganesh Alloys and Minerals. A photocopy of the said demand draft along with an affidavit is taken on record as Mark 'A'. is not involved in any other case.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position and has submitted that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.10.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
