**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 110 dated 23.8.2018, registered under Sections 304-B IPC, Police Station City Rampura, District Bathinda. Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 8.10.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Petitioners are the mother-in-law and husband of deceased Manpreet Kaur. Manpreet Kaur had a long courtship with petitioner No. 1. Crl. Misc. No. M-40611 of 2018 -2married. The girl had jumped from the roof. Counsel for the petitioners had placed on record the documents to show that she was having anti depressant tablets and was suffering from Seizures and mental tension. Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 8.10.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
