(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 14.03.2012, whereby, the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.50, dated 27.07.2010, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Ajitwal, District Moga.

Heard.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within seven days from today and his bail application, if any, shall be decided on merit, within next 7 days.

However, it is clarified that this order shall not be an embargo for the trial court to proceed against the petitioner under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
