M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner has already joined investigation. His coaccused is alleged to have obtained loan for business/housing whereas the petitioner stood as guarantor. He having joined investigation is not required for custodial interrogation. The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in this case, the petitioner will be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner.
