ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that alternative remedy appeal has also been preferred by the petitioner, during the pendency of the instant petition.

In the premise, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. During pendency of appeal, interim order granted by this Court qua staying the reversion of the petitioner, shall continue to operate.
