**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 25.11.2021 passed by the learned Judge, Special Court Kapurthala.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. At this stage, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, submits that vide impugned judgment and order, the petitioner was convicted for 27 days only and to pay fine, with default clause.
Since, the judgment and order under challenge was passed on 25.11.2021 and conviction of only 27 days was recorded, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court, at this stage. Above all, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Dismissed.
