(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to declare the petitioner's result for the post of TGT Sanskrit in response to advertisement 2 of 2023, dated 21.02.2023, and issue appointment letter to her.

On the last date of hearing, petitioner's result was produced, which showed that she has secured more marks than the cut-off in Mewat cadre and equal to the cut-off in ROH under BC-A category. Accordingly, she has been selected in category no.10/Mewat cadre.

Learned State counsel does not dispute this fact. 4.

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend the petitioner, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT Sanskrit under BCA category in Mewat cadre as per merit, subject to her fulfilling the requisite PAYAL 2025.05.07 09:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-9785-2025 -2conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have been appointed. The directions shall be carried out by the respondents within four weeks after final decision of CWP-1011-2025 and connected matters, and in terms thereof.
