       "#    petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.96 dated 24.05.2021, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 452, 506 IPC, at Police Station Tibba, District Ludhiana.

Reply by way of an affidavit dated 11.08.2021 of the Assistant Commissioner of Police (East), Ludhiana, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. Vide order dated 29.10.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Baldev Raj, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not AMAN JAIN 2021.12.13 16:30 I attest to the accuracy of this order

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 29.10.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
