Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 458 dated 26.8.2015 under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Section, 324 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Manimajra, Union Territory, Chandigarh.

Petitioners are in custody since 24.10.2015. It is a case of version and cross-version.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that respondents No. 2 and 3 have submitted during investigation that petitioners had not inflicted injuries on their GURPREET SINGH 2015.11.30 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-39670 of 2015 -2person. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner in this regard have not been controverted by learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3.

Respondents No. 2 and 3 are present in person and have submitted that they have no objection if the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandigarh.
