(ORAL) At this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that the present application has been filed for seeking transfer of the divorce petition i.e. DMC/242/2023, titled 'Sanjay Vs. Sonam', pending in the Family Court (Camp Court) Gohana, District Sonepat and the applicant seeks transfer of the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat. Considering the transfer of the divorce petition to be intradistrict, a query was put to the counsel for the applicant, as to why the application for seeking transfer has not been filed before the concerned District Judge. Upon this, counsel submits that he had filed an application before the District Judge, but however, he was made to withdraw the same.
